Black Truffle and Parmesan cheese popcorn

Our truffle popcorn recipe makes the best of our nutty cold pressed English rapeseed oil, earthy English black truffle, and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. It’s our favourite on film nights, week nights… and every night. A luxurious treat for everyday living.

Preparation: 5 minutes  /  Cooking: 10 minutes

Method

Step 1:
Cook the popcorn kernels in the microwave as per the instructions on the back of the packet. Whilst the popcorn is cooking, finely grate the cheese.

Step 2:
When popped remove from the microwave and drizzle over the English Truffle oil. Sprinkle in the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and toss.

Step 3:
Place the warm dressed popcorn into serving bowls.

Step 4:
Serve it Immediately.
