Sausages with Black Truffle Mustard and Honey

This is a twist on a quick and simple dish enjoyed at parties.  Next time you are hosting a party treat your guests to the taste of Truffles and wow them with sausages coated in Black Truffle Mustard and Honey.

Step 1:  Preheat the oven to 180C. In a bowl, mix together the sausages and olive oil and roast for 20 minutes. Meanwhile mix the honey and mustard together and pour over the sausages, returning to the oven for a further 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
