Truffle Pasta

A hearty bowl of handmade pasta.  A rich, smooth butter sauce enriched with Parmigiano Reggiano.  Fragrant and earthy black winter truffles.  Luxury comfort food defined!

 

Preparation: 5 minutes  /  Cooking: 5 minutes

Method

Step 1: Bring a pan of water to the boil, and add a pinch of TruffleHunter Flaked Black Truffle Sea Salt to taste. Add 250g of TruffleHunter Black Truffle Tagliatelle to the pan and boil for 4-5 minutes (or until al-dente). Melt the butter in a separate pan..

Step 2: Strain the pasta once cooked, leaving a small amount of the cooking water in the pan. Pour the melted butter over the pasta and grate the parmesan cheese on top.

Step 3: Stir the pasta and place in a bowl.

Step 4: Shave the TruffleHunter fresh black truffles over the pasta at the table.
