Our award winning, gourmet Truffle Dairy products are sourced from the UK, including Wales, the Isle of Man and right here in Gloucestershire. Our popular cheeses; black truffle cheddar cheese, black truffle Gloucester cheese are just two of the dairy products we produce. Our finest sticks of butter; black truffle butter and white truffle butter are made with the finest butter from grass fed cows. We then expertly blend the butter with the highest quality Black Truffles (Tuber Aestivum) & White Truffles (Tuber Borchii). Delicate in texture with a earthy Black Truffle aroma or garlicky White Truffle aroma. Expect sweet, creamy flavours with incredible depth from the truffle.The black truffle cheddar is produced by grass-fed cows roaming in open pastures on the Isle of Man. The resulting cheese is carefully matured and blended with TruffleHunter Black Summer Truffles, Tuber Aestivum. The result is a high quality smooth bodied creamy cheddar displaying strong black truffle flavours. All of the ingredients used in the cheese making process are vegetarian. Our Award Winning Black Truffle Gloucester is produced locally by expert cheese maker, Simon Weaver Organic. This farmhouse, natural rind, single Gloucester cheese is made using organic milk solely from the cheesemaker’s herd of cows, before being infused with TruffleHunter’s Minced Black Summer Truffles (Tuber Aestivum). All of the ingredients used in the cheese making process are vegetarian (including the rennet). The cheese has a striking line of black truffle running through the middle, which allows both the cheese and the black truffle to express their natural complexities, without overpowering each other.
