Made with gourmet Italian Carnaroli Rice, this pack contains everything you need to make the perfect Porcini Risotto.

Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a large frying pan, add Risotto and cook for 2 minutes. Add 500ml of water or 250ml white wine and 250ml water, and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add 500ml water and simmer for a further 10 minutes. Check the rice is cooked, stir in 1tbsp of butter to finish and serve immediately. Try topping with grated parmesan, fresh chopped parsley, and a drizzle of Truffle Hunter Black Truffle Oil.
