What is Porcini Stozzapreti?
This truffle pasta, handmade Strozzapreti, is made in San Ginesio by the local pasta makers at Terra Nostra who were one of the first suppliers we worked with. It’s made with 100% local durum wheat and water from a natural spring in the Sibillini Mountains where TruffleHunter was founded. We are proud of our heritage, and love working with expert pasta makers in the region to ensure the authenticity of all our pasta products.
What does it taste like?
Expect restaurant quality pasta.
How should I use it?
This truffle pasta should be cooked in lightly salted boiling water for 6 minutes. Drain and toss with some sauteed mushrooms and/or shaved fresh truffles. Add a light drizzle of TruffleHunter Black or White Truffle Oil and finish with finely grated parmigiano. Ideal quantity for 4 persons. This truffle pasta can be used with a wide variety of other TruffleHunter products.
