We recommend using double the amount of White Spring Truffles for a main course – around 25 grams per person is a generous serving.
The exterior of White Spring Truffles varies from brownish white through to a light reddish brown colour.
When cut in half, White Spring Truffles demonstrate a clear white marbling with large white veins on a dark cream or fawn coloured background.
Expect a medium to strong aroma, very reminiscent of garlic.
These are a smaller truffle variety with sizes averaging between 4 and 20 grams.
