Tartufata, meaning ‘truffled’ is an Italian sauce. Our unique recipe is made with coarsely chopped black olives & mushrooms, expertly blended with highest quality European Black Truffles (Tuber Aestivum).
What does it taste like?
Succulent, chunky texture with an earthy mushroom & black truffle flavour.
How should I use it?
Use as a dressing for pasta, or as a topping for steak. We recommend spreading on bruschetta or stirring into scrambled eggs for a truly luxurious breakfast.
