What is Minced White Spring Truffle?
We mince & preserve our fresh truffles at the peak of the season, when they are at their most flavourful. White Spring Truffles (Tuber Borchii) are usually only available from January to March. However, our preservation process extends the life of the truffle by as much as 18 months, allowing you to enjoy the incredible taste of truffle at any time of year.
What does it taste like?
The truffle is firm to the bite, followed by a rich & garlicky White Truffle flavour.
How should I use it?
Use straight from the jar to add depth to any dish. We recommend beating into risotto, stirring into gravy or garnishing meat.
