What is White Truffle Balsamic Vinegar?
We use the finest Aceto Balsamico di Modena certified Balsamic Vinegar, produced within the provinces of Modena and Reggio Emilia. To become certified, only specific varieties of grape vine can be used in it’s production and the finished product must be refined in high-quality wooden vessels. The result is a velvety smooth balsamic vinegar, that we expertly blend with the highest quality white truffle.
What does it taste like?
Velvety smooth texture, with delicate truffle aroma & woody overtones. Balanced bitter-sweet balsamic vinegar taste, with white truffle flavour throughout.
How should I use it?
Use as a luxury dipping sauce for bread & vegetables, or add to gourmet sauces & marinades. This extremely versatile oil is perfect for adding depth to risotto & pasta. We recommend using as a gourmet salad dressing!
